While my home and office and main source of business is Oakville, my client's needs take me all over the surrounding areas as well. Here are some of the houses I have sold over the last little while;
Peachtree Crescent was one of my listings in Guelph where my past client had referred me to her lovely mother whom wanted to move closer to her daughter and grandkids who live here in Oakville.
1161 Stephenson in Burlington is the townhouse I was able to find for my client from Guelph. A delightful property backing onto a ravine and within walking distance to Mapleview Mall.
2189 Postmaster (shown above) was a nicely appointed townhouse here in Oakville that I had the pleasure of securing for a very nice family who had newly received PR cards here in Canada.
Brigadoon (pictured above) was perhaps the nicest little house in Hamilton at the time it was sold. We searched high and low, and in the end this one emerged as a clear winner. The $700,000 price range is very difficult to find a nicely maintained home in, but we managed. In fact the offer had to made based on just me being able to see the house in person because both of my clients were working when the house was listed and quickly received a competing offer. I drove out to the house and had a video call with my clients (who were also new to Canada) to show the house. They loved it when they finally got to see it in person, which was after they actually contracted to buy it.
Oakery Woods (pictured above) was a gorgeous family home in the heart of Glen Abbey, backing onto a ravine with a beautiful backyard oasis including an in-ground pool with a waterfall feature. These clients I have gotten know over the past few years and the time was finally right for them to make the move from their first house in West Oak Trails to the idyllic Glen Abbey neighbourhood. I'm very happy to see them thriving in their new home.
Myron drive (pictured above) was my absolute pleasure and honour to be able to help my clients find what they've been searching for for a very long time. This modern build backs onto a golf course in Mississauga and featured a covered back porch and a walk out basement with exceptional finishes throughout. I'm so happy for these nice people.
