June 2021 Market Intelligence
Is the market taking a breather?
Oakville dropped 21% in sales volume while increasing the average sales price by 1.2% to $1,476,467.
Burlington dropped 6% in sales volume and dropped another 2% in average sales price down to $1,035,965.
Milton dropped 9% in sales volume but the average sales price stayed relatively the same as last month at $1,062,600.
It will be interesting to see in June if this trend continues or if the re-opening of the province sparks another wave of buying activity and higher prices.
