Oakville’s average price was down by another 4% this month but still up 4% from last year, while the number of sales of were down dramatically by 72% from last year which is of course not a surprise due to our pandemic.

Milton
Milton’s average sale price was down 12% from a month ago and about even with last year. The number of sales were also down sharply by 62%. Watch the video above for a more detailed explanation on what happened in Milton.

Burlington
Burlington’s average sales price was actually up by 2.7% even though the number of sales were down by 60%
